Qualifications and Skills Required

Any graduate (preferably in finance or commerce)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Key Responsibilities in the Payroll Associate Role

Update payroll dashboards and ensure data accuracy
Process employee life cycle changes, including onboarding, separations, and transfers
Coordinate full and final settlements for separated employees
Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and HR
Maintain compliance with data privacy standards (especially PII)
Work with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
Support monthly payroll processing and annual compensation updates

This role involves a shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST, aligning with U.S. time zones. This gives you global exposure and experience working in international time-bound projects.
