Key Skills Required:

  • MS Office tools, SQL, Power BI
  • Experience using WFM tools like IEX, Alvaria (Alvaria preferred)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Contact Centre WFM is a plus
  • Basic understanding of leave management systems
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage work schedules using Workforce Management Tool
  • Plan training, time-offs, and special events for engineer teams
  • Forecast and generate intraday patterns (IDPs)
  • Recommend headcount based on scheduling analysis
  • Coordinate with various teams for requirements and timelines
  • Implement automation for schedule optimization using RPA & AI tools
  • Monitor emails and update real-time exceptions/schedule changes
  • Focus on improving scheduling accuracy, performance, and efficiency
