Responsibilities:
- Handle voice & non-voice IT support tickets (L1 level)
- Support desktop/laptop issues, Office 365, browsers, and network problems
- Provide support to senior management and board-level users
- Basic troubleshooting of printers, scanners, Wi-Fi issues, etc.
- Setup & configure systems, applications, OS, and MDM tools
- Work on ERP application provisioning and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office Suite, and basic networking
- Familiarity with MDM tools and PC/LAN troubleshooting
- Willingness to handle hardware/software support tickets
- Good communication in English (verbal & written)
- Quick learner with customer service attitude
Preferred:
Flexible to support projects, transitions, rollouts, and infra upgrades
Excellent problem-solving mindset
