What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Software Engineer at Appian, you’ll:
- Design and build new features that make the Appian platform faster and more reliable.
- Solve problems using Java, Git, Shell scripting, and cutting-edge tools.
- Work closely with your team to manage system performance, scalability, and availability.
- Think like an end user, designer, and developer — all at once!
- Learn advanced concepts like declarative programming and software that writes software.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 70% or above in 10th, 12th, UG, and PG (if applicable)
- No backlogs
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Prior internships or extracurricular participation is a plus
What You Need to Succeed:
- Background in Computer Science or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Java
- Familiarity with Git, Shell scripting
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute ideas
