Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Associate – Employee Engagement, your role will focus on:
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and executing events that improve employee morale
- Driving engagement initiatives that foster a connected team culture
- Coordinating with teams to create a positive work environment

Eligibility Criteria
