Intel, a well-known global technology company, is now Intel Recruitment Software QA Test Engineer in its Bangalore office. This is a full-time job, best suited for people who have completed a Diploma, B.Sc., MCA, B. Tech in Computer Science or a related subject.

They are looking for someone who understands software testing, automation, and how to find and fix application bugs. The person should have practical experience in installing and setting up applications on different operating systems, like Windows or Linux. Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Shell or Python is also needed. It’s also good if you have worked with MS Visual Studio before.

If you know automation tools like CodedUI or Appium, that will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma, BSc, BTech, MCA in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in:
  • Installing, configuring, and running applications across OSs.
  • Independent troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Using MS Visual Studio or similar environments.
  • Basic scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).

What You Will Do in This Job

You will work in the Imaging and Camera Technologies team at Intel, where they build image processing software. Your main job will be to test these software applications and make sure they work properly.

Here are some things you will be doing:

• Understand how the application works and create test cases.
• Test features manually to check if everything is working fine.
• Keep an eye on test reports and analyze any issues.
• Talk to the right team if you find any bugs or problems.
• Work closely with the development team to make test plans for new features or tools.
