Key Responsibilities
As a specialist Desktop Support Engineer at Zycus, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Implementing and setting up Microsoft Operating System (Windows 7,8,10) along with Microsoft Office Tools Outlook.
- Facilitating hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and thin clients.
- Handling deployments, system migrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Supporting end-users via remote tools like Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and WebEx.
- Ensuring desktop security, including antivirus updates and patch management.
- Providing technical support to both local and international users.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor’s Degree (BE, B.Tech, or MCA).
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and Office 365.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using remote tools for IT support is a plus.
