- Prior Telecom operations experience
- Certifications like OCA/OCP/SQL Server Certified Engineer
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts including night support
Key Responsibilities
- As an Operations Analyst I at Syniverse, you’ll:
- Provide technical and application support
- Analyze and resolve alarms, incidents, and tickets
- Monitor production servers and databases
- Work on SLA compliance and escalation procedures
- Contribute to script development and documentation
- Learn & support domains like TAP, RAP, CHS, MNP, DBA, IoT, IREG
- You’ll also work with global clients like top telecom providers, banks, and tech companies, gaining real-world industry experience from day one.
